Shipping-Terms and Conditions for India Delivery
Domestic Customers/International Customers

When you place an order on the Florista website you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions

  • All deliveries will be made between 10 am to 8 pm on the specified delivery date.
  • If certain products are out of stock, we will replace with similar products of the same or greater value. Availability of flowers is subject to seasonal changes. If the photographed flowers are not available, we will substitute them with something similar.
  • All items like Cakes, Chocolates and other Perishable Products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.
  • If the colors of the flower selected online are not available on the delivery date, another flower of equal or greater value will be substituted.
  • While placing an order for a midnight delivery on the website, please select the date one day prior to the date of occasion.
  • Same day deliveries may NOT be attended to on Sundays & Public Holidays.
  • Deliveries happen form our Franchisee outlets and our Channel Partners across India.
  • We will not be responsible for non deliveries that result from a problem -
    • With the Address and/or Postcode you provide at the time of order placement
    • That the recipient no longer lives at the address provided.
    • Wrong landline/Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
    • Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
    • The Address is correct but recipient is NOT present at the time of delivery and the house is locked. In such a situation -
      • We will follow any delivery instructions that you may have provided at the time of order placement. We recommend that delivery instructions are provided for all orders placed via our website or sales team.
      • If there are no instructions provided then the product shall be delivered at the Gate/ Reception/ Security Guard/ Neighbour.
      • The card will be our Proof of Delivery. Please note that it is the recipient's responsibility to collect the order from the neighbour.
  • Delivery of Other Gifting Items like Prakruti Herbals, Edible Arrangements, Bags, Silverware Articles-
    • All the above mentioned gifting items will be couriered separately and will not be hand delivered along with the floral arrangement. The courier will take 6-10 days.
    • All floral bouquets will be hand delivered.
  • Any Complaint regarding your order should be informed to the corporate office within 24 hours of receiving the flowers with mentioning the correct order number. E- Mail
  • All deliveries on special days like Mothers Day, Women’s Day, Fathers Day, Valentine’s Day or any other special day will be done anytime during the day and may extend beyond 8pm.


  • For international Customers ordering for India, you may select any product on the site and make Payments through PayU or RazorPay gateway.


For international deliveries, you may send us an email or Call us with delivery details,  the product and the date of delivery selected may differ subject to the availability of flowers. All international Orders and enquiries will be accepted offline.


Cancellation and Return Policy

  • Order Cancellation
    • To cancel any order, kindly inform our Customer care, within 24 hours (domestic) / 48 hours (international) prior to the delivery date.
    • Florista will not cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en-route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. If you are calling about an order that is scheduled to be delivered on the same day, you can reach us on +91 9029948000 , +91 9833567045. No change in delivery instructions will be entertained by Florista prior to 2 working hours of the time of delivery and acknowledged by our Customer support team (domestic). No change of any kind in the delivery requests will be entertained for any international order 48 hours before the scheduled delivery of the order unless confirmed by our Customer Service team on email (international deliveries). Florista will not cancel any order unless informed 24 hours (domestic) / 48 hours (international) prior to the delivery date.

Return & Refund Policy

  • A refund will be processed by Florista in the event Florista determines that the cancellation of the order is due to Florista's incapability of fulfilling the order.
  • In the event Florista decides to refund to you, Florista will offer only credit vouchers equivalent to the refund amount. But in some cases Florista will refund the money back and the refund can be processed if we have account details of the customer. Refund can be processed if it is agreed upon and communicated in writing to the customer.
  • Online Refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by Florista, the refund takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Offline Refund is credited once customer shares the bank details post which it takes 5-7 working days. Once processed by Florista refund takes 10-15 business days to reflect in your account. Florista is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where: Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
    • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
    • Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
    • Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
